How Levisa Pharma processes personal data under the Brazilian LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018).

1. Who we are

Levisa Produtos Farmacêuticos Ltda (CNPJ 62.375.905/0001-01, Rua Francisco Tramontano, 101 – 18th floor, Real Parque, São Paulo/SP, Brazil) is the controller of personal data processed on this website under Brazilian law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD).

2. Data we collect

• Professional contact data provided in quote and registration forms: name, corporate e-mail and phone.
• Company data: the CNPJ you provide and the corresponding public records (legal name, address, status) from official Brazilian Federal Revenue databases.
• Form-entry records: to ensure service continuity, data typed into forms may be recorded even if submission is not completed.
• IP address at registration time, for security and fraud prevention.
• A functional cookie ("lang") storing your language preference — essential, no consent required.
• Measurement cookies (Google Analytics 4) — used only with your consent, given via the cookie notice shown on your first visit. They provide aggregate audience statistics (pages viewed, traffic source, device type), with advertising signals disabled (Google Consent Mode v2). Data is processed by Google LLC and may be processed outside Brazil. You can decline or withdraw consent at any time via the Cookie preferences link. We use no advertising cookies.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data for B2B commercial service: answering quotes, issuing the service protocol, sending communications related to your request and keeping relationship history. Legal bases: preliminary procedures at the data subject's request (art. 7, V, LGPD) and legitimate interest (art. 7, IX) for security and service-continuity records.

4. Sharing

Only with processors strictly necessary to operate: our transactional e-mail provider and hosting provider. If you choose to continue via WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by WhatsApp's policies. We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing.

5. Retention

For as long as needed for service and the commercial relationship, and for applicable legal periods. Inactive records are periodically reviewed and deleted.

6. Your rights

Under art. 18 of the LGPD you may request: confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, information on sharing, and consent withdrawal. Write to privacidade@levisapharma.com.br.

7. Security

We apply technical and administrative safeguards: role-based access, encryption in transit (HTTPS) and operation logging.
